Adventures in Cookery, #15, One of the things we’ve resolved to cut back on is eating out so damn much. To that end, I’ve started preparing dinner on Saturday mornings and either have them cook all day in the slow cooker or prepare the food, then have it sit in the fridge until it’s close to dinner time. Tonight, we’re utilizing our party grill to make quick sport of these mini patties and marinated mini pork chops I have put together. Will also include some defrosted veggies, shredded Gouda and Ementhaler, and possibly some bacon as part of the diy side dishes and condiments. Should be interesting, at the very least. via Instagram
